Claudio Rodriguez serves as the Spanish Ministry Pastor at Plano Bible Chapel, where he leads the spiritual care and discipleship of the church’s Spanish-speaking congregation. With a compassionate heart and a deep understanding of Hispanic culture, Claudio brings the hope of the gospel to life through clear biblical teaching, relational outreach, and dedicated pastoral care.

Born in Paraguay and fluent in Spanish, Portuguese, Guarani, and English, Claudio brings a global and multilingual perspective to his ministry. He holds a Master of Arts in Theological Studies from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary and a Master of Arts in Bible and Theology from Tyndale Theological Seminary. He also completed a Certification in Biblical Counseling in 2020.

Before joining PBC, Claudio served in multiple pastoral roles including Associate Pastor for Youth Ministries at New Life Baptist Church in Dallas for over 15 years, and as an elder and youth minister at Iglesia Bíblica Cristo Viene. He is also an advising professor at Tyndale Theological Seminary, where he prepares students for faithful, exegetical teaching of God’s Word.

In addition to his pastoral ministry, Claudio works as a Senior Systems Engineer at Ericsson, where he has served since 2000. His unique background in engineering and ministry reflects a love for both precision and people.

Claudio’s passion is rooted in Ephesians 4:12—“to equip the saints for the work of ministry, to build up the body of Christ.” At Plano Bible Chapel, he fulfills this calling by teaching Scripture, developing leaders, engaging in outreach, and caring for the spiritual needs of Spanish-speaking individuals and families with wisdom, humility, and joy.

With a shepherd’s heart and a servant’s spirit, Claudio reflects the character of Christ and contributes faithfully to the mission and vision of Plano Bible Chapel.
